Changes and cancellations can be made without penalty until 18:00, 7 days before check-in.
6 days prior to check-in - If canceled or changed by 18:00 1 day prior to check-in, a 20% penalty will be applied to the first night's rate.
Cancellations/changes after 18:00 1 day before check-in or in case of NO-SHOW will incur a penalty.
(Over 2 nights stay: 100% of the first night's stay / 1 night's stay: 80% of the room rate)
If the hotel is unable to operate normally due to force majeure circumstances such as climate change or natural disasters, the reservation may be canceled or the use of the hotel business may be restricted due to the hotel's notice (mobile phone text message, website posting, etc.)
In the case of the government policy on social distancing due to Covid-19, there may be restrictions on the use of saunas and other facilities.
Grand Josun Jeju is non-smoking in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and restaurants.

Cancellation or change until 6 days before check-in - 1 day before check-in at 18:00 will result in a 20% penalty for the first night.
Cancellation/change after 18:00 a.m. before 1 day of check-in or NO-SHOW will result in a penalty. (Stay for 2 nights or more: 100% charge for 1 night / Stay for 1 night: 80% penalty for room fee)
